What awaits you

You ensure that the end of the month runs smoothly. And that people get what they’re entitled to.

• You keep the system running. Payroll and time management. Contracts and HR admin. You ensure that everything is accurate, complete and on time.
• You’ll be working in the midst of a genuine reorganisation. HR is being professionalised and restructured. There is scope to set things up properly, rather than just managing them.
• You are close to the reality on the ground. Over 600 colleagues in the retail and petrol station sectors, different working hours, different questions. That is exactly what makes it exciting.

• You are the person who brings clarity, sets up working time models correctly, understands pay types, creates reports and supports managers, without any long delays.

   

What inspires you

• You’re really good at (preliminary) payroll processing. You’re familiar with time and attendance management.
• If you’ve already done payroll processing and passed the payroll accountant exam, all the better.
• You’re proficient in Excel, tech-savvy, and understand how to set up pay types and time models correctly from a technical perspective.
• Basic understanding of employment law plus travel expense claims
• You can cope with shift work and remain calm when dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Languages: German: very good; English: basic written skills
