- Taking orders ans processing orders
- Acting as the central point of contact for customer enquiries (complaints, changes, repeat orders, etc.)
- Regular customer support, credit checks, data maintenance and research, as well as handling complaints
- Maintaining and updating the customer portal
- Support and sales of gift vouchers via telesales
- Management of incoming and ooutgoing post and general administration
What inspires you
- Completed commercial apprentceship or equivalent qualification
- Excellent IT skills
- A friendly, professional manner asn strong communitation skills
- Enjoyment of customer contact over the phone, ideally with experience in telesales
- Willingness to work independently and take initiative
- Commitment, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team
