HR Business Partner / HR Manager (m/f/d)

What awaits you

We see ourselves as a service department and work closely with the departments at headquarters and at the gas stations. Due to our growth, we are strengthening our HR department and are looking for energetic, generalist support.

• Management of the recruiting process from job advertisement including onboarding and support of the offboarding process
• Active candidate search on various channels
• Organization and implementation of personnel development measures such as our own trainee program
• Contact and advisor for our employees in labor and social law issues
• Administrative activities & support of HR management
• Examination of the feasibility of introducing guidelines
• Creating and updating work instructions, guidelines and training materials

What inspires you

• You have experience in both direct approaches and the traditional recruiting process.
• You have good knowledge of labor and social law.
• You can also communicate well in English.
• You are very energetic in your involvement in the field of PE and enjoy actively supporting individual career planning.
• Your way of working is structured and solution-oriented.
• Good expression and empathetic communication skills round off your profile.
