Do you enjoy working with numbers? Downstream of the sales department, the Customer Service Center creates outgoing invoices and checks incoming invoices. In a very young but experienced team, even newcomers to the profession are well-trained in the processes and tasks.
- Recording and invoicing deliveries to our customers
- Checking incoming invoices
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding issued invoices and follow-up processing (e.g., cancellations, credit notes, etc.)
- Filing and general administrative tasks
What inspires you
- A love of working with numbers and a very precise approach
- Proficient in MS Office products (especially Excel)
- Experience with an inventory management system is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German skills
