What awaits you

Do you enjoy working with numbers? Downstream of the sales department, the Customer Service Center creates outgoing invoices and checks incoming invoices. In a very young but experienced team, even newcomers to the profession are well-trained in the processes and tasks.

  • Recording and invoicing deliveries to our customers
  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding issued invoices and follow-up processing (e.g., cancellations, credit notes, etc.)
  • Filing and general administrative tasks

What inspires you

  • A love of working with numbers and a very precise approach
  • Proficient in MS Office products (especially Excel)
  • Experience with an inventory management system is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
