Category Manager (m/w/d)

What awaits you

Our category management ensures the best mix of products and services at our petrol stations. In addition to expanding existing product ranges and services, we want to focus specifically on our catering offers, which include a selection of hot and cold drinks as well as quick snacks, in order to offer our customers even more choice.

• Definition of preparation and sales standards at the petrol stations, responsibility for compliance and implementation
• Training of station managers and employees at the petrol stations
• Further development of the fast food sales concept (expansion of offerings, optimisation with a view to synergies)
• Selection of suppliers and partners, negotiation of prices and conditions
• Close cooperation with the area sales managers and the marketing department in the planning and implementation of advertising measures as well as the technical department in the case of conversions and extensions
• Ongoing evaluation of sales figures, deviation analyses and derivation of measures

What inspires you

• Several years of experience in category management / product range management in a retail company
• Experience in the catering industry is an additional plus
• Strong commercial skills, analytical skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Ability to communicate quickly and purposefully with people from different backgrounds and hierarchical levels
• Willingness to travel throughout the entire Austrian petrol station network (approx. 70%)
